Used the proxy shopping to purchase an item from Hong Kong. However no further update was given after weeks despite approaching the customer support for almost a month. Jackie will just reply that they have sent a reminder to the buying agent but weeks have passed no other update is given. Asked for refund but no reply was given. Please don’t use their service if you don’t want to lose your money
I wanted a dog back seat cover from Korean. I tried to order it from there website and they wouldn't let me as I live in Australia then I found buy and ship. What an amazing service. You give them the link and price of what you want and they get it for you. I was skeptical that it was real but I can say 100% you will get what you want. It may take a couple weeks. I requested the iteam on 1/2/26 and it arrived 19/2/26You pay for the product then shipping on top so note shipping is $28AUD for the first 2 pounds then $12AUD for every 1 pound afterwards so can get expensive if you have a heavy iteam. For me it was worth it to get a very high quality iteam that I couldn't get in Australia.Great job thank you so much

You get your parcel, but they are quite rigid and unhelpful. You can’t ask for your order to be weighed at the initial warehouse, weighing is only done at the HK warehouse which is quite unhelpful during a sale period where you have to make quick purchase decisions. The customer service team in particular Jackie is also very unhelpful or can’t be bothered, takes a very long time to reply and just copy and paste previous answers without reading questions. Should replace that person for better customer service.
BNS protection is a scam. My shipment from UPS has arrived at BNS US warehouse 2 weeks ago, and it is nowhere to be found. Messaged customer service a dozen times and all they would reply is “checking”. BNS would not honor its obligation of compensating for lost parcel. I am coordinating with other local victims to file joint police report for BNS’s commercial fraud. AVOID AT ALL COST.Update: BNS said it was UPS’s fault (despite UPS’s website’s proof of delivery) and refused to make compensation. This is absolutely ridiculous and definitely a scam.
Based on my personal experience, Buyandship’s customer support response time is extremely slow, which became a serious problem for a time-sensitive shipment.Several parcels were automatically forwarded from the US warehouse to the Hong Kong warehouse, and only after this auto-forwarding did I learn that the items (perfumes) were considered regulated / prohibited for onward shipment. There was no clear warning or system block before forwarding, which resulted in the parcels being stuck and placed the burden on the customer to resolve an issue created by the process itself.I contacted customer service to clarify what options were actually available, including whether self-collection was possible and what the exact requirements were. Despite these being straightforward questions, responses consistently took many hours to over a full day, even when marked as active.Replies were often generic or only partially answered, leading to repeated back-and-forth over multiple days. As of writing, I still do not have clear, complete answers, and the situation remains unresolved.What makes this especially frustrating is that the in-app messaging states a typical response time of around one hour, which does not reflect reality. There were also instances where customer service agents appeared online, yet messages remained unanswered for long periods. There is also no clear escalation path for urgent cases.While perfumes are listed as regulated items, the lack of clear, proactive communication before auto-forwarding, combined with extremely slow follow-up support, caused unnecessary delay, uncertainty, and disruption.For a logistics service handling customers’ parcels and money, this level of response time and lack of clarity is unacceptable. Faster responses, clearer upfront warnings, and proper handling of time-sensitive issues are urgently needed.Update: Buyandship has since resolved the issues related to my shipments. While I appreciate the eventual resolution, the process involved prolonged delays and slow communication before things were clarified. I’ve updated the rating to reflect that the matter was ultimately resolved, but there is still room for improvement in response time and upfront clarity.
Used mercari proxy service but got issue with wrong item received, contacted with customer service but they only can blacklist and no compensation. Please reconsider when purchasing high value item through mercari proxy service. Try to find reputable seller on other platform or other method beside using the mercari proxy service by Buy&Ship
Used the buy for me option. From the time they received the goods from the merchant till I received it - took 14 days. It sat in their warehouse for days before being routed through HK. Paid 6% service fee for the buying service, THEN billed another $ for shipping. And finally when it reached the local courier, was billed ANOTHER $ for local delivery, which included a flat $20 processing fee + import tax. 3 separate bills, the last of which was not through Buy&Ship but direct to the courier service. Costs were not upfront and coupled with the super slow shipment (I had other purchases from China which was further away and reach me within 3 days, shipped direct), makes their service difficult to recommend.I would only use their service again if I had no other options.
Terrible experience with Buy&Ship. They received my order at their US warehouse on Nov 10, and it was consolidated at their HK warehouse on Nov 18, then packed on Nov 19. It’s now Nov 28, and my shipment STILL hasn’t been dispatched.Their customer service has been completely unhelpful. Instead of providing a clear explanation of what’s causing the delay, they just keep repeating that it “should only take 1–2 working days” after consolidation to ship out. Clearly, that’s not the case.This has been incredibly frustrating, especially since my purchase was quite large. Be very careful using their service—especially for high-value items. Based on this experience, I would never recommend Buy&Ship and will never use them again. 😡
