I placed an order on December 27. The next day, I reached out to customer support to request a change to my order, asking to switch to a different mobile model within the same price range. Unfortunately, my request seems to have been ignored. Two days later, I received an email confirming that the original order had already shipped, without any acknowledgment of my request. Now, four days later, I still haven't heard back from customer support. Even if I do get a reply, it will probably state that the order has already been sent—something that could have been avoided with timely communication. This experience raises serious doubts about the effectiveness of their customer support, as reaching out seems pointless before shipment. Overall, I am quite disappointed with the lack of communication and order management.
