I ordered a case and screen protector for my device, and both arrived damaged. I contacted customer support, who asked for photos, but I haven't heard back since sending them (except for their unsolicited marketing emails). I even tried messaging them on social media, but got no response. I highly advise avoiding this company. Even their provided email seems to be full of errors and may not even exist.
