Called Adriana at Buy Boat Fridges in need of a circuit board for an older Vitrifrigo marine refrigerator - pretty early on a Friday. Not only did they have one in stock, she went out of her way to provide pricing options for the required overnight shipping - and then personally delivered the parcel to FedEx that same morning so I was able to receive it the next day - Saturday - prior to leaving on a passage. Our refrigerator/freezer arrived 4 days early! After a bit of panic, the marina staff worked their magic and 20 minutes later the unit was in the galley! The prompt delivery allowed me to complete the installation before we stored for the winter. Can’t wait until next spring.
I had a great experience purchasing a Vitrifrigo freezer unit for our boat. Masoud is exceptionally knowledgeable about the product line and took the time to ensure I got exactly what I needed. What really stood out, however, was when that unit broke!
