Do not use this company! After my package did not get delivered, as customs sent it back , they refused to find out why after I asked for a refund and told me to investigate.
After many weeks of finally getting to the bottom of it and showing it was their mistake with incorrect information on the customs docket they refunded the delivery costs.
I again asked for refund of my item as it didn't get delivered, they refused it saying "terms and conditions cancellation"
I did not cancel the item!
I am now taking this matter to legal
