Buyee being a proxy service that allows us to buy goods from Japan is already a great experience. The fact that they also only take 300 yen as service fee is also great. You can request photos and make them rearrange your package if there is something wrong. Overall a great proxty service
Stay away from this crap site and "service". The only "service" they provide would be similar to going to the toilet when constipated.
Do not be dazzled by buying direct from Japan. Don't be dazzled by the "cheap" prices. All that goes away when it comes to choosing which shipping method will leave you feel like you are biting a pillow.
It's fun and exciting at first, however the pain will last longer than anything good from the experience.
It's fine when everything goes smoothly but honestly, you're way better off using a different proxy service like Doorzo or something. They're cheaper, can do more, and have better service
I actually used to give them a ton of business, but after like the third time that I needed help placing an order and getting no work around, I found different proxy services and I'm never looking back 😄

the delivery is ok but the egg travels a long time and I have no insight into the tracking, it simply does not work and that is a big problem because with multiple bulk orders I lose focus on what I bought, what needs to arrive.
On the other hand I do not have the possibility to negotiate with the seller which is a minus.
Everything else is ok.
The only thing is that the shipping and customs costs (EU) are too high so that discourages me from buying more.

I ordered many times to buy on mercari jp, it's quite good never had an big issue and payments are always made instantly, but they often take more than 3 days to consolidate packages which can be frustrating when you're in a hurry, and it's pointless to contact support to have any human contact because they will follow their guidelines without taking your specific issue in consideration, finally i find their optional fees kinda expensive at the end, if you want to be really sure about an item you have to pay 500yen for inspection + ask a photo at 300yen.
I used Buyee’s service as an international customer to purchase a digital camera through Mercari, with complete purchase and transaction records. The seller stated that the item had no functional issues. After receiving the item, I found that it was not functional. I did not request compensation from Buyee, as I understand the insurance policy. I only asked Buyee, as an intermediary, to contact the seller to inquire about responsibility. However, Buyee informed me that they could not contact the seller because the order had already been completed and advised me to contact the seller myself. In reality, international customers are not able to contact Mercari sellers directly. My main concern is not about money, but about the role of an intermediary in a worst-case situation. Assisting with communication does not mean admitting fault; it means ensuring that the transaction process is completed fairly. As of now, I have not received fair handling or responsibility for this case. This situation reflects a gap in the intermediary system, particularly for individual international buyers, when real issues arise. I hope this feedback will be considered at a system level so that future customers do not have to face the same situation.

Once they arrived at the warehouse I chose the plan and consolidated all of them into a single box which was then shipped to my home address. It arrived 6 days after shipping.
The whole process went really smoothly and the items arrived very well packed and it perfect condition.
