You can't ask sellers any questions and you end up being vastly overcharged for local postage. Unless you pay an extra fee on top of everything else it is very hit and miss if you will even get the item you paid for. If you buy more than one item from the same seller on the same day, you get charged double or triple the postage rate. It cost me a third of what i paid for internal postage within Japan compared to what i have just been charged to send the same items to the UK.
