I had a very frustrating experience with this service and would not recommend it. Shipping takes an extremely long time, and the costs are far higher than expected. Not only is international shipping expensive, but there are also additional charges, including a 16% tariff and other extra fees. On top of that, you also have to pay for the seller to ship the item to their warehouse first, which makes the total cost completely unreasonable.
Customer service is also very disappointing. Communication is poor, responses are slow, and it’s difficult to get clear information or support when you need help. For a service that charges so much, the level of customer care is unacceptable.
