This company is a total scam. They claim to be based in the USA and promise quick shipping, but that’s not true. I attempted to cancel my order just an hour and a half after placing it, and they refused. After a month, I finally received my product. I initiated a return and after some back and forth communication, I got 80% of my money back. They assured me it was all settled and I could keep the product, but three weeks later, I discovered an unauthorized charge of $19.99 on my account. I reached out to customer service, stating this charge was not acceptable and requested a refund.
