I purchased two book coffee mugs as gifts. The advertised special price for one was $39.99, but I ended up being charged $59.99. Additionally, there was a shipping fee of $19.99. The mugs are not worth the cost as they are smaller than a standard coffee mug. I am quite disappointed and will not be placing any orders with them again.
I placed an order for my mug on December 21, 2025, but I haven't received my item yet. All I got was a confirmation of my order. I still haven't received any follow-up email from the service. If my purchase doesn't arrive soon, I will escalate the issue with my bank and reach out to them via phone, email, and a written letter. I feel this might be a scam, especially since it was mentioned in an email from a magazine.

This company is a total scam. They claim to be based in the USA and promise quick shipping, but that’s not true. I initiated a return and after some back and forth communication, I got 80% of my money back. They assured me it was all settled and I could keep the product, but three weeks later, I discovered an unauthorized charge of $19.99 on my account. I reached out to customer service, stating this charge was not acceptable and requested a refund.

This company has misleading ads, undisclosed upcharges, and unauthorized charges to my credit card even 30 days after my regrettable purchase. I would never do business with them again. The product I received was grossly overpriced after unavoidable add-ons, was relatively small, held only 6 ounces, and looked cheap compared to what was advertised.
