I placed an order for my mug on December 21, 2025, but I haven't received my item yet. All I got was a confirmation of my order. I still haven't received any follow-up email from the service. If my purchase doesn't arrive soon, I will escalate the issue with my bank and reach out to them via phone, email, and a written letter. I feel this might be a scam, especially since it was mentioned in an email from a magazine.
