Awful customer support. I spent €1,200 on two beds and have yet to receive my order. I ordered on November 6th, it shipped on November 26th, and has been stuck in a warehouse since December 3rd. It’s now December 22nd, and despite sending 20 emails and calling 50 times, I have received no updates. I've requested a refund with no response. Completely unacceptable. Avoid this service at all costs. No beds, no refund, no communication.
