Very disappointed with my experience with Buyitdirect.ie. The hob I ordered arrived already cracked when it was delivered. I contacted customer service straight away expecting the issue to be resolved quickly, but they have refused to replace it.
It’s extremely frustrating to receive a damaged product and then not have the company take responsibility for it. I expected much better customer service and support. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend buying from them.
I bought a dehumidifier from them.I paid the express fee but the item didn't arrive to me on the delivery date they specified. On the contrary, they didn't even ship the items.Until then, they hadn't explained anything about me.It appears they will probably sell the items even though they are out of stock.They also charge express fees.Also, some of the items delivered did not contain cushioning material and the boxes were crushed. Sure enough, the item broke in just a week.I would not highly recommend this company
Extremely poor customer support. I spent €1,200 on two beds, but my order has not arrived. I placed the order on November 6th, it shipped on November 26th, and it has been stuck in a warehouse since December 3rd. Now it's December 22nd, and despite sending 20 emails and making 50 calls, I still haven't received any updates. I requested a refund but have heard nothing back. This situation is absolutely unacceptable. I strongly recommend steering clear of this company. It's a complete scam. No beds, no refund, no communication.
The purchase was simple. However, the delivery turned into a nightmare. It's evident that the feedback regarding the delivery service isn't being acknowledged. I waited 22 days for a dishwasher that was meant to ship the next day. I called multiple times, but the response was always the same: it was with the courier. Please consider switching to a more dependable service, and I would be willing to make another purchase.
