I contacted the company by email previously with an enquiry re delivery date of 2 beds & a mattress. I didn't receive any reply only the automated one. Then the following day I received an email asking about customer service of which the was none According to the website I was expecting a delivery on the 18th Dec. It never arrived & there was no communication from the company. When I did contact them I was told that the delivery had been completed. I informed them that it hasn't been as I hadn't received the items. They were to contact the delivery company and query this. I was to be contacted by the company on Saturday 20th & it never happened. As of today Sunday 21st I've just rang them to ask about this & I've been told it'll be tomorrow before I get an email about this. The lack of communication is appalling. I do not want an email I want the goods I paid for or at least someone to let me know when they will be delivered. I'm hoping this gets resolved tomorrow but as of this moment the company has been appalling with their customer care.
