WiFi issue- dehumidifier. I bought a dehumidifier and I was doing everything what is provided in manual. I had to do the same with customer service and troubleshooting manual which also provided in manual and website - Doesn’t work. It looks like pairing mode is damaged. Now I have to pack the faulty product and wait for test. Is that normal that you’re buying something described as working and now you have to wait until they will fix it, instead of sending another one, which works. Disappointed.
