Bought a fridge/freezer. The freezer part broke after 1 day. It was for a coffee shop so I had to throw out lots of stock. Email accounts obviously aren’t monitored as it takes them days to respond and sometimes not at all. Called them and realised that even though the site is .ie the company is actually English. Was told that they outsource their warranty and had to call another English company. Eventually got the collection booked in and they didn’t turn up. It’s been 3 days now and no clarification from the company. Save yourself the hassle and spend a little bit extra from a reliable company.
