Ordered my products on the 17th of November. Products were scheduled to be deliver initially on the 2nd of December. Took a day off work to be there for delivery and products never arrived. The following day I checked the status of delivery and date was changed to the 8th of December. I phoned customer service voicing my frustration as I previously took an annual leave day to be at the house due to working a role that requires 5 days on site. I was told by customer service that delivery would be there on Monday. Monday comes and delivery was no where to be seen. Again wasting another annual leave day of which I have limited days. I phoned customer service again and they confirmed that delivery will be made by the end of the week (we are now almost a month from the date of order) and surprise surprise delivery did not come. I contacted customer service again on Saturday (13th again voicing my frustration) to which I had no answer on where my delivery is and when is it being delivered. I would not recommend Buy it Direct to anyone, stay away and go purchase in curry’s. I ordered some appliances in curry’s and had them delivered in a week no messing about.
