This company are thieves, liars and cheats who will do and say ANYTHING not to give you your money back. My two ovens are faulty and they are telling me that one is out of warranty even though it's only 8 months old and telling me there's nothing wrong with the other one even though there's an obvious fault with both of them. The customer service is dreadful with different workers answering my emails (or not answering at all) and all giving me different replies (all negative). It's obvious that customer service are trained not to take back faulty products or issue refunds under any circumstances. They are trained to browbeat the customer with gaslighting, lies and denial of the customer's legal rights until the customer finally gives up from weariness. But buyitdirect.ie I will not be browbeaten and to all you other unhappy customers: lets not give up until this nasty company meet their legal and moral obligations.
