Horrendous service. Goods dispatched and advised by email that transit was 6 working days. As I speak it is 13 working days and at best it will be 15. Also to advise people is working days is to hides the actual number of days. Do trucks/Ferries/Customs agents stop at 530 on Friday and come abck on Monday at 0830. These services operate all weekend. You should be truthful is what you tell people. Also since dispatched we have not had any communication even on working days.
