Complete shambles... ordered a 90cm oven.. followed tracking.. delivery following week,didn't happen, tracking advised for the next 3 weeks it was been delivered each week.. rang customer care... poor girl on the phone hadn't a clue... lacked training... kept been put on hold.. after an hour, call finished I was none the wiser. Online I cancelled my order only for someone to email me offering a 60cm hood for the oven??? It took 2 more emails to eventually get the order cancelled and money refunded. If you want your patience tested this is the company to go
