Item didn’t show up. Called customer service, who had no record of my order, abd couldn’t even find the item by SKU on the website. Said I should have received a tracking number, which may have gone to my junk email. I didn’t. They couldn’t give me a tracking number. Kept referring to ‘the team’ as a separate group, said, ‘this is just a call centre, we don’t have access to that information.’ Still waiting to hear back via email.Don’t waste your time.
