Buyer beware, hit and miss/ bad communication.
I had an ok experience, ordered a 2k ish tool chest and it showed up as described,no damage but not really any communication.
Company can be slack with communication,and thats even if they send you your order based off what I've seen online.
Buyers use at your own risk.

Terrible customer service, I contacted them on their chat and said I was trying to purchase something on afterpay, but when I was checking out I went to choose the payment method afterpay and it wasn't there. They replied with “it should come up on the checkout page when you scroll down - we have afterpay and zip” Yea way to state the obvious that I clearly stated I already knew, but absolutely no assistance with it.
Terrible online store. Bought a Sony earphone thinking it was legit store but got caught in the scam. Had real Sony earphones to compare with when it arrived. Had subtle differences, but nonetheless the phones were fake. Do not trust buying from this site unless you want to part with your money.
I got sent a cat tree with most dimensions being correct to what was stated. It ended up crooked . Then after emails back and forth they say they will send me a different part to fix. That will be interesting as many parts are nit the correct sizing. The qaulity control must be poor. Also much nicer in picture than real life. Looks more yellow than cream. Update received part, still not level. I was then told they are not going to do anything, my expectations are to high. Mmm I didn't order a cat tree that had a bed on a bad angle . Dont buy , they dont care and then blame customer
Trying to contact buykiwi.co.nz & buykiwidirect.co.nz by phone or physical address to confirm details of a carseat for a toddler & to collect as I needed it within 3 days was impossible. Pleased I checked Trust Pilot reviews. Ordered a pressure washer as listed on their site. Paid by card. No update for a week. Received a message from the actual seller saying the product was not available. Sent an enquiry to BuyKiwi and was offered either another (more expensive) product or a refund. Asked for a refund. Still waiting for my money, more than two weeks later. Definitely don’t recommend this crowd and definitely won’t buy from them again.
