I had previously ordered from this service and was satisfied, but my latest top ($80) arrived with loose threads at the neck, sleeves, and hemline. After emailing them with photos to request an exchange, I was advised to just cut the threads! Like others, I found no fair exchange or return policy. They’ve lost another customer.
