The delivery tracking was thorough, allowing me to follow their journey from overseas. The first order took 8 days, and the second took 9 days. I will definitely shop with this service again.

I wanted to share my positive experience with the service. Initially, I faced issues with returns, and one package was lost, but I eventually received a partial refund. Recently, I tried again and received several items, all of which were great. The staff is very capable, and the items are beautiful, especially the soft shirts and tops. They fit well after my weight loss. I just ordered trousers for the first time, so I’m curious about those. The rabbit fur throws are also a good value. Overall, I’m giving this service a definite 5 stars!
The quality is lacking, and the fit is odd (I ordered a large size, but the two tops I received seemed designed for an entirely different shape!). The material feels cheap and poorly finished. The images promised much more than the actual products delivered. I won’t attempt to return them to keep my sanity, but I won’t be ordering again.
I have ordered from this service multiple times since 2017/18. Unfortunately, the quality and selection of clothing are no longer what they used to be. I noticed a dress on this site that is also available elsewhere, which raises concerns. Prices are excessively high for the quality offered; I wouldn't recommend it.
I had ordered from them before and was quite pleased, but they charged me for a coat two months ago that was out of stock. I expressed that I didn't mind a delay, but a month ago I sought a refund and was promised it would be dispatched that day. Today, it still hasn’t been sent!
I ordered two pairs of shoes, which arrived today, well-packaged, and I’m extremely pleased with them. I’ve shopped with this service before and have always been happy with both the service and items. While delivery takes some time, I was informed about this in advance, so it’s not an issue.
I had previously ordered from this service and was satisfied, but my latest top ($80) arrived with loose threads at the neck, sleeves, and hemline. After emailing them with photos to request an exchange, I was advised to just cut the threads! Like others, I found no fair exchange or return policy. They’ve lost another customer.
