I want do delete my account ar Buykud but since there's no option in settings I've sent them an email with my request. I then received bot generated replies asking me why I want to have my account deleted. I asked two more times. The last time they claim my account info has been deleted. I checked and my account still exists! Very hard to get through to them and customer unfriendly!
