Purchased an item from the platform. I decided to return it and filled out the return form, receiving an automated email asking for the reason. I replied asking for return instructions but have not received any response after nearly a week, despite following up three times. The 30-day return window is still counting down, and there's no phone number to call. The customer service is virtually non-existent. I would recommend avoiding this.
