I had an extremely disappointing experience with the service. I placed an order on August 12, expecting delivery by August 17-18 based on their stated Free Standard Shipping (3-5 days). However, by September 18—over a month later—I had received nothing and no updates. I had to follow up myself and was informed the item wouldn't be available until mid-October, which was not communicated to me. To make matters worse, their response included internal emails that revealed the delay was due to a system error, not stock issues as claimed. The lack of organization and transparency is unacceptable, with no apology or goodwill gesture. I strongly urge them to update their website to reflect accurate stock levels. Selling unavailable products without informing customers is misleading and frustrating. This experience has severely damaged my trust in the brand.
