Purchased an item from the website and decided to return it. I completed the return form and received an automated email requesting the reason for the return. After responding and asking for return instructions, I have yet to receive a reply, even after following up three times over the past week. The 30-day return window keeps decreasing, and I have no email responses or contact number to call. Customer service is virtually nonexistent. I would recommend avoiding this.
