I had a terrible experience from start to finish and am still waiting to be refunded £39.99 for a tin of paint that arrived severely damaged and leaking. The packaging was inadequate, so I’m not surprised it was damaged during delivery. The courier just left the tin at my door while I was at work, deviating from the agreed delivery time, and the tin was in poor condition. The team acknowledged this issue and promised a reimbursement, but I’m still waiting over two weeks later. Not happy! Update: I received the money back via PayPal.
