Received the wrong colour for ten litres of paint, costing around £180. The label on the tin was correct, but the contents were entirely different. Despite providing photos to support our claim, the company refused to acknowledge their error. Extremely unsatisfactory customer service.
The paint can arrived damaged, with paint leaking inside the packaging, making it unusable. I sent a photo showing the damage, but they claimed, "the photo did not show enough damage, and so we will not send another tin of paint." Poor packaging and inadequate response left me without usable paint and no option for a refund or exchange.
Living in Spain, we ran out of a color we had brought with us. I contacted the team and was able to order the same paint to complete our project at home. I am absolutely thrilled. If you’re in Europe and need specific paint, I recommend ordering from them. Delivery of a 5l can cost just €9 and arrived within a week. I will definitely reach out again in the future.

I had a terrible experience from start to finish and am still waiting to be refunded £39.99 for a tin of paint that arrived severely damaged and leaking. The courier just left the tin at my door while I was at work, deviating from the agreed delivery time, and the tin was in poor condition. The team acknowledged this issue and promised a reimbursement, but I’m still waiting over two weeks later. Not happy! Update: I received the money back via PayPal.
My paint was delivered undamaged and well-packaged, with the lid secured to prevent leakage. The dispatch was prompt, but I have to deduct a point due to the longer than expected delivery time. The website indicated FedEx two-day delivery, but my package was sent via another courier and sat for three days at the sender's local depot, making the total delivery time five days.
