I closed the window on accident in the pay page without finishing the order. A few days later I remembered and ordered $125 of products. Checked email for confirmation seen i had 2. I called left a message on what seems like the gent6home number so I emailed and explained what happened. They responded later In the day after after plenty of time to see the email. The response was sorry both orders have shipped. 7 days later I received 1 order. That same day they shipped the second order after saying sorry we can't do anything. U can refuse the package and send it back. Check the charge for that and the fact they say no return on pods or we will change for return shipping and some other bullshit fee. I bought from them every month for 3 months now. And on and off over the years. This is not the first problem I've had. Just the last. They had a loyal customer. Bad customer service lost them guaranteed money. Hope that $125 was worth it.From the looks of the other reviews, I am not alone.
