This is a crap show. they DO NOT CARE about customers not getting their orders in a timely fashion. they have your money, so why should they care? their customer service is rude and condescending. BUYER BEWARE!!!! I'm the one suffering with my $150 gone and my order is not here after 10 days and no pods to vape. I've been a customer over a year and never was treated like crap until now 🤬🤬🤬 Tracking from USPS shows my pkg arrived here on the 7th at 3:17 a.m. it never was delivered and was sent off backtracking on the 9th. P. O. claims the pkg has never arrived as of yet. My bank is going to investigate for fraud, and I will get my money back in full!!!!!

I closed the window on accident in the pay page without finishing the order. A few days later I remembered and ordered $125 of products. Checked email for confirmation seen i had 2. I called left a message on what seems like the gent6home number so I emailed and explained what happened. They responded later In the day after after plenty of time to see the email. The response was sorry both orders have shipped. 7 days later I received 1 order. That same day they shipped the second order after saying sorry we can't do anything. U can refuse the package and send it back. Check the charge for that and the fact they say no return on pods or we will change for return shipping and some other bullshit fee. I bought from them every month for 3 months now. And on and off over the years. This is not the first problem I've had. Just the last. They had a loyal customer. Bad customer service lost them guaranteed money. Hope that $125 was worth it.From the looks of the other reviews, I am not alone.
The claim that that ship your order usually the same day is totally UNTRUE. I placed my order and 4 days later they are still processing it. I waited another day and emailed to customer service when they were going to ship it and they did not answer me and now it's completed but no tracking number was ever sent. I now have another order placed on Feb 12th and it is still processing and it is the end of the day of 14th, When you try calling no one picks up the phone.
BuyPodsNow.com has been a Godsend! The prices for my Njoy Ace pods are unbeatable and they get delivered right to me. I’ve never had a bad experience thus far within a couple days they’re delivered to me. I can’t say enough good things about BPN. I was ordering from a different site WHICH TOOK WEEKS TO GET TO ME. Ridiculous. So now that I’ve found BPN I am a forever customer.
I am so impressed with how easy the site was to navigate, the selections they had, price for sure super happy about that. But then my order came in like record timing. I still can't believe it. My order was spot on all the vapes were great tasting I'm telling everyone I know about this company
This company has a terrible customer service, they wait 3 to 4 days before even confirming your order and if your lucky they will ship after notifying you, which can take another 3 to 4 days, but you be assured the money transactions hits your bank within minutes of you order.
