The claim that that ship your order usually the same day is totally UNTRUE. I placed my order and 4 days later they are still processing it. I waited another day and emailed to customer service when they were going to ship it and they did not answer me and now it's completed but no tracking number was ever sent. I now have another order placed on Feb 12th and it is still processing and it is the end of the day of 14th, When you try calling no one picks up the phone.
