FIrst let me start with, I've been an excellent customer for over a year. They no longer have my item in stock, so I had to change to a new one. Now they don't have that item either. Placed an order for yet a different product early AM on 3-8 and it STILL hasn't shipped. While that's not a long time, it certainly is when you pay 13.99 for shipping!!!
