This is a dishonorable company that takes advantage of its customers. At 5:30 pm on Nov 9, 2022, I inadvertently ordered the wrong item from Buy Pods Now. Within a couple of minutes, I realized my mistake. I immediately called the company and left a voicemail at about 5:45 pm explaining my mistake and asking that the order be canceled. The company's voicemail message advises that, for faster service, it's best to send them an email. Consequently, in addition to my voicemail, I sent an email that went out to the company at 6:00 pm, just 30 min after placing the erroneous order. I heard nothing back from the company until the next day when I received a note saying that my order had just been delivered to UPS for expedited delivery. That note arrived at 5:39 pm on Nov 10, almost exactly 24 hours after I left a voicemail and an email telling Buy Pods Now that the order was a mistake and the charge to my credit card should be canceled. I called the company again and left another voicemail acknowledging the receipt of that note and asking that they call me to discuss the mechanism for reversing the $67.54 charge to my card. Again, no response from Buy Pods Now. The useless order arrived two days later and the people at this company never had the courtesy to contact me to discuss the matter. I strongly recommend that customers—current and potential future ones—not do any kind of business with Buy Pods Now, because of their unscrupulous and dishonorable business practices. I, of course, will never again do business with this company. In the long run, this will cost the company considerably more than the $68 they took from me in this incident. For instance, on Nov 13, I spent $55 with another company that I would otherwise have sent to Buy Pods Now. There will be many more transactions like that which will not be going to this disreputable company.
