eSpares used to be a good company, not anymore.They have become big and disorganised, and they do not care about individual customers.I have found cheaper and better companies now, like buyspares.co.uk, ransomspares.co.uk etc.I have paid for standard postage, two weeks later, still no sign of my spare part. Their customer service is appaling and you have to wait for 10 days after the date it was dispatched before you can claim for replacement or refund, all this time while my laundry is piling up.I would never use them again and I will buy my spares from another supplier in the future
