I purchased casings for my phone and bought several since I have an older device and wanted spares. One casing never arrived, and despite multiple emails, I still haven't received any feedback or a refund. The casings that did arrive came with an additional 25€ import tax. I also requested several times to check the status of my orders in my account, which was never possible.
