This service is truly unworthy of even one star. Please refrain from making any purchases. I have been struggling with an issue since September after buying a cover for my non-verbal autistic son. I paid £45, which is a significant amount for us, and have received nothing. Despite emailing and calling multiple times, leaving messages, no one responds. I'm extremely frustrated and upset.

Limited communication and poor service - a disappointment.

I purchased casings for my phone and bought several since I have an older device and wanted spares. One casing never arrived, and despite multiple emails, I still haven't received any feedback or a refund. The casings that did arrive came with an additional 25€ import tax. I also requested several times to check the status of my orders in my account, which was never possible.
