Item ordered was a Samsung EP-N5200 wireless charger stand. The security seals on the box showed obvious signs of having been tampered with, and the power adaptor which should have been included (EP-TA800) was missing. Instead, a cheaper, lower-rated power adaptor (EP-TA20UBE) was supplied separately. The Samsung user manual specifically cautions against using the incorrect adaptor, warning it "could cause injury to yourself or others". Accidental mix-up or deliberate switch? I'll let you draw your own conclusions... Personally, I would NEVER deal with this company again.
