I ordered a facial cleanser nearly three weeks ago and haven't received any updates. A week ago, I reached out to the company to inquire about my order. They assured me I would receive a tracking number the next day, but that never happened. I emailed again yesterday and was informed they would look into it. I’m giving two stars for the straightforward purchasing process and their responses to emails. However, I wouldn't use their service again due to their unreliability. It's unfortunate since I chose them because of their charitable focus.
