I’m giving two stars for the straightforward purchasing process and their responses to emails. However, I wouldn't use their service again due to their unreliability. I contacted them, and they provided brief responses without apologies. Avoid shopping from them.
I can't find any fault with the service. I ordered on a Friday, and my items arrived the following Wednesday. After reading negative reviews about the retailer from whom my items came, I was worried about potential issues. However, the item was exactly as described and arrived promptly.
