I purchased 20 bottles of wine with the intention of sending them to New York. However, when I used Apple Pay, their system mistakenly changed the shipping address to my billing address, which is incorrect. This software error is the responsibility of the vendor, not the customer. Although they acknowledge the problem, they refused to resend the order to the correct recipient and instead wanted to charge me again for proper shipping. Their unwillingness to rectify their mistake is disappointing. I canceled the order and will dispute the charge; they can arrange for FedEx to pick it up. Terrible customer service—I will not use or recommend them again.
