As a customer for 20 years, I've generally enjoyed my experience, but I've noticed a significant decline. Recently, I was surprised by the lack of holiday decorations in December. My friend and I saw minimal decorations, which is disappointing as many seek a festive atmosphere. In the past, the venue was beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming environment. This year, I chose not to attend the holiday party for the first time in 17 years due to the lack of festive spirit. Conversations with other patrons revealed a shared disappointment, leading many to skip the event. Additionally, the venue appears worn and neglected, with dirty seating and broken furniture. The pricing structure seems unfair compared to other locations, and customers are questioning the value of their experience. If changes aren't made, the venue risks losing loyal patrons like myself.
