I am quite frustrated. Update: I attempted to join the platform again, but once more I faced insults for not having photo ID. Now, I frequent smaller, lesser-known independent clubs in the Manchester area where I am treated with respect, rather than as a target for someone's bad mood. I highly recommend a local venue known for its friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Once again, the service sent emails and texts to customers, this time promising three £300 prizes. However, the actual prize money was nowhere close to that. There’s a notice regarding prize money potentially being affected due to weather conditions, which has been displayed for weeks. Additionally, the club is consistently colder inside than outside. Another nearby venue could easily outshine them.
Some of the staff exhibit rudeness, not all, but it's quite off-putting. The food is subpar, and the establishment lacks cleanliness; it seems to go uncleaned from one day to the next. There appears to be insufficient staff, as some are often seen chatting about other employees rather than working, which feels unprofessional. I would rate it 1 star but would give it a negative rating if that were an option. Complaining to management seems futile, as they don't address the issues with the staff or the cleanliness of the venue. It's not comparable to the experience at another location.
I wrote a review four days ago about the so-called Social Saturday at this venue, and I also mentioned another event with high noise levels. I requested clarification on what Social Saturday entails, but the response was simply to get in touch to discuss. What is there to discuss? I've provided all the necessary details. It seems the staff here are not informed either. Please clarify if Social Saturday is an actual event at all locations, as I didn't see any advertising for it. This venue is the only one I've visited where staff seem to just chat amongst themselves while customers are loud during games, and management appears to do nothing. Other reviews echo the same sentiment. Someone from the main office should investigate what's happening in this poorly managed establishment. With no competition nearby, it raises the question of why attendance is so low. This venue is the only bingo hall in a large city, yet it's nearly empty every day. Perhaps it's due to its operation being reminiscent of a low-quality bingo hall in a neglected area.

Do they have these themed nights in all their locations? Do they allow chatter during games at other venues? As paying customers, we deserve to know about these events, which aren't mentioned on their website. It doesn't say anywhere that attending bingo at this venue means enduring a frustrating evening due to a themed night. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. There’s no vibe, and the staff seem more interested in chatting among themselves. It’s a large venue that barely had 40 patrons at most. Save your money; you'd have more fun with a dental procedure than spending a night here.

The pricing structure seems unfair compared to other locations, and customers are questioning the value of their experience. If changes aren't made, the venue risks losing loyal patrons like myself.
The staff in live games are excellent hosts, engaging with players and creating a fun atmosphere. It feels like chatting with friends, and I always have a great time. The games are enjoyable, with frequent wins, and the overall experience is filled with fun and safety.
