I spent over £300 on a great item with an expected delivery within a week, but I'm still waiting. Despite confirming that everything was in stock and ready to ship, I received only part of my order. It's like getting the wheels without the car. When I called again, I learned the main item had been discontinued, leaving me with accessories I can't use. I was told returning them would involve a lot of paperwork and shipping costs, so now I'm stuck with £300 worth of items that don't serve my original purpose. Customer service has been frustrating, with excuses about system issues and busy representatives. I still haven't received my refund for the price difference or a replacement. I did get a dispatch notice for the original item yesterday, followed by an invoice for a new part today, so who knows what's coming. I'm just really disappointed with the entire experience.
