I've bought from this company for 2 years and this time signed up for an account...big mistake!
They are constantly sending spam emails without an unsubscribe link or any option to unsubscribe. This is illegal under EU GDPR Law and the 2003 UK Communications Act.
I have reported to ICO.org.uk
Very disappointed. Paid for my order 03/02/2026 was promised delivery within 3 working days. Called customer service 06/02/2026 and they've seemed to have forgotten to dispatch my order.
Had an email just after the phone call saying the order was dispatched. Received an track email saying the order was going to be delivered on the next day Monday 09/02/2026
Stayed in for the two hours slots waiting for the delivery and no delivery turned up. Next day again nothing, today 11/02/2026 still not received anything. Shame as when you buy you expect the delivery on the date stated on the website.
I had a good experience this time around, especially since my last encounter with the service wasn't great. I decided to give them another chance and placed an order on the 6th. The trays arrived on the 9th, which was impressive. Excellent service, and I wouldn't hesitate to order again. Thank you!
I spent over £300 on a great item with an expected delivery within a week, but I'm still waiting. Despite confirming that everything was in stock and ready to ship, I received only part of my order. It's like getting the wheels without the car. When I called again, I learned the main item had been discontinued, leaving me with accessories I can't use. I was told returning them would involve a lot of paperwork and shipping costs, so now I'm stuck with £300 worth of items that don't serve my original purpose. Customer service has been frustrating, with excuses about system issues and busy representatives. I still haven't received my refund for the price difference or a replacement. I did get a dispatch notice for the original item yesterday, followed by an invoice for a new part today, so who knows what's coming. I'm just really disappointed with the entire experience.
I have been a loyal customer for years and have always received quality products and service, but this time was different. I ordered a self-assembly 15 bottle wine rack, which arrived promptly, but the instructions did not match the contents at all. The accompanying video was also unhelpful. On a positive note, the company processed my refund quickly, and I ended up purchasing a fully assembled rack from another source.
I needed a replacement dishwasher for our cafe urgently. I called at 11 AM and spoke to a representative who recommended a model they had in stock. They promised to do their best to expedite the delivery, and it arrived the next day before 9 AM. Highly recommend; thank you!
