I am addressing the response provided by the service to my initial comment. All their replies were, in fact, false. After reviewing all my correspondence with them, I confirmed I hadn’t missed any emails. The shower door was not broken, I did not agree to the alternative time, and I requested maintenance to arrive between 8:30 and 9:00 am, not at 7:00 am. I also submitted an inventory report indicating insects found in the blinds, but I never received a response and was not offered any resolution. As a result, I was charged by the landlord to re-clean the property before it was re-let. Naturally, they would defend themselves and shift the blame onto me, but those statements are entirely untrue. The company is unethical and inadequate.
