I booked an end of tenancy clean. Not only did they ask to change the time at 9:30 in the evening the day prior and tell me not to be late... They then proceeded to be 3 and a half hours late. I was promised a partial refund at that point on the phone by the person who has text to change the appointment. Funnily enough they failed to confirm that point in writing when I asked.
They then called to say they couldn’t clean the floor as my partner requested. The words they used was ‘scrub’. I asked what they meant and they said they didn’t have the correct equipment with them. (To be clear I had no carpets). I was unclear and asked them to confirm if they will be sweeping hoovering and cleaning the floor and they confirmed they would be. (I have that part in writing). Yet when retuning the next day it was clear that the floor had dust on it so hadn’t been cleaned at all in parts and they had not cleaned the kitchen properly at all.
I have sent emails of a formal complaint with pictures and have had no response to that and a follow up email for over a week. So much for their 7 day re clean guarantee and 100 satisfaction guarantee.
Having read their response to a previous 1 star I can confirm that I am very much a real paying client, if we are going to go there.
My advice, do not pay in advance and use a reliable service that actually responds to their customers, is organised and understands what an end of tenancy professional clean actually is.
