Worst “luxury” Jewelry in USA

“luxury” brand, not like others, managed like if it was a fantasy jewelry. I call this store and they answered No exchanges !! we can’t exchange you ring that you just got, ( wanted tu sized up) and everybody said NO!!!, I bought it on the website engraved it( just 3 symbols are allowed) and if you do so it’s impossible to exchange it ,(I didn’t want even refund) On their website there is not a note of sized up on certain models and their C.S.Send me to the store to answer me No and again and even suggested you should sized up when on tue site there is never aWarning of this. $1,600 dls each, waisted and I bought 2 !!! I’ve had experiences with other brands and they exchange EVERYTHING !!! , this BVLGARI does not know how to treat their customers. I asked for any alternative solution and they Keep saying No,
