Absolutely shocked at the service of so called high end brand. It has been more than 2 months now that I have returned their product but I have still not received my refund. I am constantly having to chase them via call and they always seem to push the matter away by saying 'leave this to me, I'll give you a call back after I check what is going on' but I never receive any calls. What shocks me even more is that even after emailing them several times they choose not to respond. I don't even know if I'll be getting my money back. I am utterly disappointed, and will not be buying anything from Bvlgari again.
